The Hutchins machine in overdrive
My friends!
This is a big, big day for Mr. J.C. Hutchins. His first mainstream published book (book? Hell, it’s more than a book, figuratively and literally) rolls out across North America (at least; I’m sketchy on the international front) today!
Hutch is a master storyteller, and his podcast trilogy 7th Son rocked my world and redefined the possibilities of storytelling and author-reader interaction over the course of its immense production run. Now 7th Son is coming to hardcover, Hutchins is a mainstream author with an agent an’ everythin’… but before that we’ve got an extraordinary new experiment in fiction storytelling — again? Hutchins is always striving to break ground — in Personal Effects: Dark Art, in stores today.
You’ve got to do yourself a favor and pick up a copy (or two, or maybe more, and isn’t there a cousin who was complaining of nothing to read?), and then join Hutch’s day-long live-blogging celebration at his site.
Hutch is a master storyteller, as good as it gets, and if you haven’t discovered that yet, get over now and educate yourself.
You won’t be sorry.
Then come back here Friday for a new episode of Sundered!

Wow, thanks for the awesome shout-out, brother! I truly appreciate the support today, and in all the months we’ve known each other. You’ve helped make this day a great one!
